It is based on a Dosha Analysis and a Independently Developed Lifestyle Recommendation Model Dosha analysis is an Ayurvedic diagnostic method. Every person has a unique balance of the three fundamental energies: VATA, PITTA, and KAPHA. Vata energy controls movement and is made of AIR and SPACE elements. Pitta energy controls metabolism and is made of FIRE and WATER elements. Kapha energy supports growth and repair and is made of EARTH and WATER elements. When our lifestyle is not conducive to our unique balance of energies, we fall sick. The purpose of Dosha Analysis is to know our unique balance and make lifestyle choices according to that. As you answer the following questions about yourself choose the option which you have observed to be the most consistent over a long period of time or growing up.
